• First put your money into a corporation. In Panama, unlike almost anywhere else in the world, bearer share corporations are allowed. This means that you can own a corporation and no one needs to know about it.
• Start a private interest foundation to own the corporation. If someone continues to pry and asks who owns the corporation mentioned above, simply mention this foundation. It will be hard for them to put both on you.
• Create bank accounts in two different Panama banks for the corporation and the foundation.
• Now you should be able to transfer money from the foundation to the corporation with no problems. Since the transfer is from one Panama bank to another, no one will know about it. Your transactions are protected by the law.
• Now slowly begin to “donate” your assets to the Foundation. This includes nice cars or seafare you may own back at home.
• Finally, you can start creating a mirage with the foundation. Create a position for yourself in which you get paid and get bonuses and so forth. How can you both work for and own a foundation? In a court of law it will be obvious that you don't own the foundation when you show you are paid by this foundation.

If you take the above measures, not only will all you assets that need protecting be protected, but you will have created a story good enough that everyone will believe it. Panama is a great place to keep your financial affairs private unless you are involved in something very highly illegal.
