What are the different types of companies that can be incorporated in Panama?

Although a Panama corporation can have the following suffixes; INC., CORP., Corporation, Company or S.A., there is no difference from a legal perspective.  Panama companies can have shares issued in either Bearer form or Named form.  The form in which the shares are registered is not reported in any public record.  A Panama corporation can do business, own property and other assets (boats, cars, jewelery etc.) in any country.  Some offshore jurisdictions do not allow IBC's to do business locally.  Panama corporations can do business inside or outside of Panama.
