Our fees are all inclusive with only one exception.  We do not include the courier costs in our fees.  This typically is $85.  Otherwise everything is included:

$300 tax to government included (first year) included.

$300 ($100 x 3 directors) nominee directors fees included

Registered Agent fees included

... etc.

Please be aware that some of our competitors will try to lure you in with low initial prices that turn out to be much higher than our very competitive prices.  They trick you by not including some documents or directors fees that really should have been included.  The result is that you pay more.  These types of operators are usually NOT law firms, but rather just companies that hire real law firms like us in the background to do the work.  The problem is that you lose your attorney client privilege and the added layer can cause poor customer service, and inflexibility to do customization of your corporation or foundation.  Even if you do not choose us, please make sure you choose a law firm to open your offshore company and bank account.

Base Offshore Package -- Our base package is $1795 and includes an anonymous bearer share corporation + bank account + visa debit card, cards work ATMs worldwide and have a $1000 day withdrawal limit.  The bank account can be in either USD or Euros.

The bank account will be with a large multi-national bank (but is completely separate bank here in Panama due to banking secrecy laws).  This bank is well known and respected with 22 billion in assets and has a presence in over 80 countries.

Layered Asset Protection: Proper setup and use of an Panama Foundation and Corporation --  For those desiring a stronger asset protection strategy, we offer a Foundation + Corporation + 2 bank account asset protection package.  This package is suitable for those who want an added layer of security.  The foundation is registered is such a way that it is invisible to anyone attacking the corporation.  (Be careful because some of our competitors do not do this properly, thus rendering your second layer useless.)  The corporation is where the money trail ends offshore since wires will come and go from the corporations bank account, but the money is NOT kept there.  Money can be swept from your corporation regularly into the Foundation's "invisble" bank account.  If the corporation were sued, instead of your money being at risk, the lawsuit would simply serve to notify you that you someone is after your money.  You can then move the foundation money, without worry, to another place.  The Foundation + Corporation package is $3300 and includes 2 bank accounts (1 for each), 2 visa debit cards.
