The majority of the times, company names have to end with either “Ltd” or “Limited”. In the case of a limited duration company they can end their name with "Limited Duration Company" or "LDC" if they so choose. If an existing company already has the name, a new company cannot register the name unless the company is being closed and the agreement must be put in writing.
Some words are not allowed in a company name without permission. The words include: Any relationship to the British monarchy like Royal or Imperial; any wording that involves an relationship to a bank or insurnace like words as insurance, bankd, or assurance; or any wording showing a relationship with public facilities like municipal, Chamber of Commerce, or Co-Operative and so on and so forth.
