Example Document Packages

Below we have provided example document packages to help you understand the document requirements clearly. Please do not hesitate to contact our offices if you are having difficulty understanding these requirements.

It is very important that you collect and send the correct number of original copies of each required document with your courier package, otherwise there will be delays in processing your order and additional costs to you to courier the missing documents to us.

If you ordered:

Foundation owning a Corporation + 2 bank accounts (assume both bank accounts are at Hxxx bank with one signatory)

1 Full Passport Photocopy: for Hxxx bank (both copies must be authenticated by Apostille or at a Panama Consulate)
1 Passport Picture and Facing Page Photocopy: for corporation, foundation formation (must be authenticated by Apostille or at a Panama Consulate)
1 Completed Client Information Form
1 Drivers License Photocopy (must be authenticated by Apostille or at a Panama Consulate)
1 Bank Reference Letter
2 Commercial Reference Letters
2 Personal Reference Letters
2 Signed Account applications + signature cards (our staff will provide these documents after you indicate you would like to use Hxxx)

Foundation owning Corporation + 2 bank accounts (assume one account Cxxxxxxx bank and one account Bxxxxxxxxxx bank with one signatory)

2 Full Passport Photocopies: 1 for Cxxxxxxx bank + 1 for Bxxxxxxxxxx (both copies must be authenticated by Apostille or at a Panama Consulate)
1 Passport Picture and Facing Page Photocopy: for corporation, foundation formation (must be authenticated by Apostille or at a Panama Consulate)
1 Completed Client Information Form
1 Driver's License Photocopy (photocopy must be authenticated by Apostille or at a Panama Consulate)
1 Original Certified financial statement or copy of two last years Tax Return
3 Bank Reference Letters: 1 for Cxxxxxxx bank + 2 for Bxxxxxxxxxx bank (can use the same letter at both banks but both must be original copies)
4 Commercial or Professional Reference Letters: 2 for Cxxxxxxx bank + 2 for Bxxxxxxxxxx (can use the same 2 letters for both banks, but both sets must be original)
4 Personal Reference Letters: 2 for Cxxxxxxx + 2 for Bxxxxxxxxxx (can use the same 2 letters for both banks, but both sets must be original)
1 Proof of Address (Utility bill, water bill, cable bill etc.)
1 Company Profile letter
1 set of account applications and signature cards for Bxxxxxxxxxx (must be authenticated by Apostille or at a Panama Consulate)
1 set of account applications and signature cards for Cxxxxxxx bank ("Offense Money Laundry" document in this package must be authenticated by Apostille or at a Panama Consulate)

Corporation + bank account (assume account is at Sxxxxxxxx Bank with one signatory)

1 Full Passport Photocopy: for Sxxxxxxx bank (does NOT need to be authenticated because you must visit Panama to open an account)
1 Passport Picture and Facing Page Photocopy: for corporation, foundation formation (must be authenticated by Apostille or at a Panama Consulate)
1 Completed Client Information Form
2 Bank Reference Letters
2 Commercial Reference Letters

Corporation + Stock Trading Account + bank account (assume bank account is at Hxxx bank with one signatory)
1 Full Passport Photocopy: for Hxxx (must be authenticated by Apostille or at a Panama Consulate)
2 Passport Picture and Facing Page Photocopies: 1 for corporation, foundation formation + 1 for stock trading account (both copies must be authenticated by Apostille or at a Panama Consulate)
1 Completed Client Information Form
1 Driver's License Photocopy (photocopy must be authenticated by Apostille or at a Panama Consulate)
2 Bank Reference Letters: 1 for Hxxx + 1 for stock trading account (can be two copies of the same letter, both must be original copies)
3 Commercial Reference Letters: 2 for Hxxx + 1 for stock trading account (one of the letters can be used twice, both must be original copies)
1 set of signed Hxxx account applications and signature cards
1 signed copy of the General Stock Trading Account agreement
