1) Buying an existing IBC means that you can lawfully advertise "...incorporated since 1979..."

2) You needed your "Panama IBC & Bank Account" yesterday!

 3) You procrastinated too long ... and now somebody wants to see the paperwork!

It is impossible for anyone to know when you purchased these companies.

These are bearer share corporations that require no public record changes for you to take them over.  It is impossible to tell when you bought these companies.  As previously mentioned, all we have to do is to establish you as a signatory at the bank, and issue you a power of attorney.

Older shelf corps can help you get approved / accepted

When you apply for a merchant account, bank account, and many other types of accounts or memberships, you will be asked how long your company has been in existance.  What many banks and credit card processors won't tell you is that they only accept companies that are at least 2 or 3 years old.  If you are trying to open a Panama bank account this will not be an issue for you as we have relations with all the top banks in Panama.  On the other hand, if you plan to open a bank account in another country in the near future this may be an important consideration for you.

Don't buy a previously used shelf company

Important:  Please deal with a reputable law firm.  Be sure you do not buy a previous used company.  You might very well be buying yourself a lawsuit.  Make sure the law firm certifies in writing that the coporation has never been used, has no liens or legal proceedings against it.  This is typically only a problem with older shelf companies.
